MyKpopAlbum provides an AI-powered service that allows users to generate unique photos of themselves with their favorite K-pop idols in various scenes and styles.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age required in your country).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any illegal, harmful, offensive, or obscene photos.
• Create content that is defamatory, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Violate any intellectual property rights, including those of the K-pop idols and their agencies.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of our AI models.

6. Content and Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and process them solely for the purpose of generating your requested photo and providing the Service to you.

6.2 Generated Content

You own the generated photos you create and can use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

7. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each photo generation consumes a certain number of credits.
• Credits can be purchased in packs. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• We may change our pricing and credit packs with reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, AI models, and all underlying technology, are the exclusive property of MyKpopAlbum and its licensors. The names, images, and likenesses of K-pop idols are the intellectual property of their respective agencies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the generated photos will always be perfect or meet your expectations. The AI may occasionally produce artifacts or inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKpopAlbum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for a violation of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform.
